Repairs
of hydraulic presses

Targeted troubleshooting instead of expensive parts replacement on suspicion

When a press breaks down, fast and competent help is needed. Our experienced technicians specialize in finding the actual cause of a fault – whether in the mechanics, hydraulics or electrics.

  • Manufacturer-independent repair service: We repair Winter presses as well as third-party makes.
  • Fast response times: We know what every hour of machine downtime costs and, in an emergency, can be on site at short notice.
  • Cylinder overhaul: We repair defective hydraulic cylinders, replace seal kits and, in the event of wear or scoring, arrange for the piston rod to be professionally re-chromed.
  • Pump repair: We inspect and overhaul hydraulic pumps to restore the full system pressure of your machine.

Here we answer the questions we are asked most frequently.
Should you have any further questions, we look forward to hearing from you.

Yes, absolutely. Our manufacturer-independent service includes mechanical, hydraulic and control-related repairs for presses of all well-known makes. Our technicians bring decades of experience in special machine and press construction.

This enables us to quickly and reliably repair even older machines or third-party makes for which the original manufacturer may no longer provide support.

In the event of acute machine downtime, every hour counts. As a first step, our project engineers support you by telephone support or secure remote maintenance, provided this is set up on the machine control system, in order to narrow down the fault and, ideally, rectify it directly.

If an on-site deployment is required, we coordinate a service team as quickly as possible. As our service vehicles are equipped with common measuring devices and standard components, many faults can be fully rectified during the first visit.

We assess this individually and transparently in each case. We manufacture seals for old hydraulic cylinders according to samples, re-chrome piston rods or manufacture a replacement if the damage is too severe. For pumps, it strongly depends on the type and size of the pump. We will be happy to advise you and find the best solu
