Availability when it matters most

While many companies are reducing their inventories, we deliberately take a different approach. To be able to help you immediately in an emergency, we keep a wide range of spare part components available directly at our premises.

  • Large in-house warehouse for components from hydraulics, pneumatics and electrics (e.g. valves, gear pumps, axial piston pumps, electric motors, cylinders, seals, filters and more).
  • Fast identification and provision – suitable for many common press makes.
  • Anything we do not have in stock, we procure promptly thanks to our strong supplier network.

With older presses, operators are often faced with the problem that original components, especially in electrics and control technology, are no longer available. Our approach is twofold: For mechanical and hydraulic components, we draw on a strong network of premium suppliers or, if necessary, manufacture critical components ourselves directly according to drawings or samples.

For discontinued electronics, such as old PLC controllers, we develop a timely migration solution to current successor components as part of spare parts management.

In principle, it makes sense to keep replacement filter elements for hydraulic filters in stock. A seal kit for the main cylinder is also helpful to keep machine downtime as short as possible.

However, it should be noted that elastomer seals age in storage even without use due to UV light, oxygen and heat, causing them to become brittle. We keep common seals in stock for you so that we can respond quickly when needed.

Especially with older presses or manufacturers that no longer exist on the market, design drawings are often missing. Our technicians measure the defective components (e.g. worn guide strips, damaged piston rods or special flanges) on site or in our workshop.

Using reverse engineering, we create the necessary production data and manufacture the spare part ourselves in original equipment quality – including material analysis and exact fit for your press.
